Often, the Tug Hill Plateau is one of the snowiest places in New York and, in many winters, the eastern United States.

Over 360 miles of trails provide unlimited access to the Tug Hill and Adirondack Park regions.

Two great sites to check out the snowmobile trails and conditions; NorthernChateau.com and Gotsnowcams.com. Northernchateau.com webcams are all on the Tug Hill Plateau, this area is well known for high snowfall and lake effect snow.

Trail maps are available with membership in one of the ten snowmobile clubs maintaining trails in Oswego County.
